The BHC provides financial support for a faculty member to convene either an online or in-person multi-day workshop / conference on a particular research area in the humanities (or humanistic arts / social sciences). The goal of the Summer Institute is to convene a national/international team of scholars to produce new and collaborative knowledge in an area of interdisciplinary inquiry.
